It is essential that democratic organizations engage in power sharing with all invested stakeholders. Our party members bring in different backgrounds, life experiences, viewpoints, and abilities. These diverse skills result in a greater knowledge base, that ultimately results in collective decisions that benefit our community. This would not be possible if the organization was run by a single executive. The Democratic Party is a framework, where all voices are valued. Committee work allows cooperative decision making.
